A warm welcome to Huanan and Naizan who joined the Lifelong Learning Lab in August 2025!

Huanan is a first-year MPhil student in Psychology. His research focuses on how employees with diverse identities can successfully navigate the workplace and advance their careers.

Naizan is a first-year PhD student in Psychology. His work emphasizes individual career development, particularly exploring how people navigate challenging career occasions, such as career transitions and setbacks.

Professor Julian Pfrombeck attended the 8th Age in the Workplace Meeting taking place at Koç University in Istanbul, Turkey.

Professor Sara Zaniboni from the Milan Polytechnic and ETH Zurich and Julian Pfrombeck gave a talk on “Reframing Uncertainty Across the Lifespan: Multiple Interventions Targeting Uncertainty Mindset in Job Search and Technology Use.“
