Another warm welcome to our new members who joined the Lifelong Learning Lab at the end of 2025! 


Isaaca returns to the Lifelong Learning Lab as our Research Assistant after completing her MPhil in Industrial-Organizational Psychology at CUHK. She is now working on projects related to organizational knowledge-seeking behaviours. 


Nianwen joins us as a student helper. She is a second-year undergraduate student in Psychology with research interests in interpersonal relationships in the workplace.


Ellison is also joining as a student helper. She is a third-year undergraduate student in Psychology with a minor in Global Studies with research interests in intergenerational communication and leadership in the workplace.

Professor Julian Pfrombeck is invited by the Alternative Investment Management Association (AIMA) to participate in a panel discussion at the APAC Annual Forum on 28 October 2025. Alongside leaders from HSBC, Hang Seng Bank, PAG, and Point72, Julian will be part of the forum titled 'Why Cross-Generational Talent Matters' and will discuss the challenges and opportunities for organizations in managing age-diverse employees.
