Julian Pfrombeck has recently presented two ongoing projects at the congress of the European Association of Work and Organizational Psychology (EAWOP) in Prague on 24th May, 2025. His first oral presentation focused on "An Uncertainty Mindset Intervention to Improve the Job Search Experience of the Unemployed", highlighting how a shift in uncertainty mindset enhances job search experiences. He also shared another research project, "Older Workers’ Digital Self-Efficacy, Work Continuance Intentions, and the Organizational Context", offering practical insights on how organizations should unlock the motivational potential of older employees' digital self-efficacy.
