We are incredibly proud of our IO-MPhil/PhD students for organizing several symposia and presenting their research at the 85th Annual Meeting of the Academy of Management in Copenhagen!


July 27, 2025: Isaaca’s and Toby’s presentations addressed age- and gender-related barriers in leadership.

July 28, 2025: Ming’s presentation focused on the effects of electronic employee monitoring on employee performance while Ryan’s presentation addressed the association between AI literacy and identity threat.

July 29, 2025: Eva presented her thesis on a wise career intervention for employees.

July 27, 2025: Jerry presented a poster on the motivational potential of digital self-efficacy for older employees in the PDW “Aging and the Multi-age workforce: New Avenues for Research and Developing Evidence-based Practice.”
