Ellison PONG

Ellison is a third-year undergraduate student majoring in Psychology and persuing a minor in Global Studies. She currently works at the Lifelong Learning Lab and other organizations to explore and deepen her understanding in the field of I/O psychology. Her research interests include intergenerational communication in the workplace, leadership development and motivation.
