Toby TSANG

Toby is a current MPhil student in Industrial-Organizational Psychology at The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK), having completed her undergraduate studies in Psychology at the University of Birmingham. Her research primarily focuses on leadership styles and their effects on organizational dynamics. Toby is particularly interested in how a supervisor's age and gender influence subordinates' perceptions of leadership legitimacy and effectiveness.
