PhD in I/O Psychology Candidate
Ryan is a PhD student in I/O Psychology at CUHK. His research interests include: the impact of technology, particularly AI, on worker identity; assessment of person-job fit; and psychometrics. With about four years of experience in talent solutions consulting, Ryan has expertise in designing assessment reports, data visualization, people analytics, and developing psychometric inventories.
