For Ming TSANG
MPhil in I/O Psychology Student
Ming is a second-year MPhil student in Industrial-Organizational Psychology at The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK). His research explores how organizational practices affect performance and behavioral outcomes, as well as the interplay between individual and organizational factors, including perceptions of uncertainty and justice. Currently, Ming is investigating the impacts of electronic employee monitoring on performance outcomes.
