Jerry LI

Jerry is a 1st year MPhil candidate in I/O psychology. Aspiring to intertwine academic insights with practical talent management practices, he now works at the Lifelong Learning Lab and other consultancies, gaining multifarious exposure both as a researcher and as a practitioner. His research interest lies in emotional experiences in the workplace, such as authenticity and emotional labour, and their implications for one’s identity and motivation.
